Mark my words: on my next visit to San Francisco, you will find my face buried in a cone of salted caramel ice cream from Bi-Rite Creamery. But luckily come April, I will have their new cookbook, Sweet Cream and Sugar Cones, to tide me over until I make it out to the left coast. Put out by Ten Speed Press, the cover alone is enough to make my mouth water. Have any of you been to Bi-Rite? Is it the sweet, sweet wonderland that I’m imagining?
