We at Curious & Co. have a lot in common: we like pizza and good manners; we celebrate accomplishments with greeting cards; we work hard and respect others who do the same; we realize that good design is no substitute for substance, but know that a good idea buried in an ugly package is a good idea no one knows about.
Started out of a desire to support local businesses in the Philadelphia area, Curious has evolved into a national design firm with partners on both coasts. Much of our focus is still on medium and small businesses who recognize the importance of good design in marketing and sales efforts.
We love what we do, so much so that the lines between life and work are often a beautiful blur for us. At any given moment you may call us and hear a baby crying or a dog barking in the background; you may catch us in the middle of an inspiration-seeking dance party or a brainstorming session for stationery products we dream of creating. We work from our in-home offices not just to keep overhead low, but to focus on a work-life balance that is so important for staying creative and clear headed. And, while we feel strongly about that balance, the truth is that our “designer” hats never come off. We see the world through Pantone colored glasses at all times — we just can’t help it. It’s who we are and it’s what we love to do.

Terry BakerTerry has a beautiful voice and a shameless love of puns. She also has an amazing eye for detail and incredible typography skills. Her stellar design sensibilities, honed at Colby College and the Academy of Art University, ensure that working with her is a great experience. When she's not creating genius logos, she's playing with her daughter, who has been called the cutest baby ever by objective third parties. |

Brooke ForryShe may have a soft spot for pop culture, musicals and the color teal, but Brooke is a design force to be reckoned with. It's no wonder, with years of experience and a BFA in Visual Communications (concentration: Graphic Design) from the University of Delaware. When she steps away from Illustrator, you can find her and her husband on the search for the perfect slice of pizza, or writing for her personal blog, Claremont Road. |

Maggie MooreMaggie's first love may be a tie between her husband and her dog, but her second love is most definitely design. A graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Marketing, her love of the more visual side of the business eventually led her to pursue a design degree. She now feels most at home creating on her Mac and spends her spare time exploring the Bay Area, where she runs our west coast office. |
