USPS shipping times are approximately 3-5 business days.
All items ship separately. If you’ve ordered multiple products, you’ll receive multiple shipments.
Please note that only postcards ship free. Due to our fulfillment center’s policies, shipping on all other items is calculated by weight.
If an item you expected was not delivered, please contact us immediately by emailing: email@example.com.
We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, so please double-check all info!
Any order problems or discrepancies should be reported within 15 days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item – that stinks, let’s fix it! Please contact us immediately by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving a damaged item. If we don’t hear from you within 15 days, unfortunately, we’ll be unable to replace it. Please do not send back damaged items before emailing email@example.com You will be provided with return information via email.

Please note the following order deadlines in order to receive items by December 25, 2017:
Orders must be placed by December 10, 2017 to guarantee delivery by December 25, 2017.
Orders placed after December 22, 2017 will not be shipped until January 2, 2018. Thank you for understanding!
